Pricing questions

An active SKU is any product variant that has at least one POS transaction in the trailing 90 days. Archived, discontinued, or zero-movement items don’t count toward your SKU cap. We run an automated count on the first of each month.
A seat is a named user login with full dashboard access — view forecasts, act on signals, run scenarios. Read-only observer accounts (e.g., for a VP reviewing dashboards) are not counted as seats. You can add seats mid-cycle; they’re prorated.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Your POS and ERP data is stored in your dedicated tenant namespace — it is never commingled with other customers’ data and is never used to train models for other customers. We do not sell or share your inventory data.
We don’t auto-charge at the end of a trial. Angela or a team member will check in around day 10 to discuss fit. If you want to continue, we collect payment info then. If not, your account closes and your data is deleted within 30 days.
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Annual plans are committed for 12 months but we can discuss early termination if circumstances change significantly. We’ve never had a customer request that, but we’re not going to hold anyone to a contract that stopped making sense.
